  Hmm I always find their customer service is always exemplary. I must say I was surprised to see that review complaining about their service... but I guess some people just need to 'winge' about everything and anything...they are lovely family people who look after their locals!

  Today I went to Mullum mac with a smashed iPhone The advice I was given to go to Robina Apple was spot on I ended up with a new iphone at no charge other than the fuel and my time thx heaps -

  I love this shop. Great service, spot on advice, professional, friendly atmosphere. I took my poor old 8 year old MacBook in and Shane nursed it back to life as a labour of love. This is a man who is passionate about what he does! I won't take my computer anywhere else.

  in 25 years of MAC use, both at home and at work, I have never had such knowledgeable help as you receive from the dedicated, cheerful people you find at Mullum Mac. Truly exceptional.

  Customer Service is appalling! A lady with a carton of eggs interrupted my sales inquiry today to kiss the sales assistant & bid him farewell. Not how you treat customers mother of sales assistant! This was my 3rd attempt to buy software from them - each time service has been awful. I tried to buy local but after 3 goes at it I went to online Apple Store - product will be delivered to my door this week. No eggs, no mothers, and sales people that value their customers!
